Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of QuotaForge ("Service"), operated by QuotaForge ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.
2. Service
QuotaForge provides AI-assisted outbound sales tooling: prospect management, personalized email sequences, inbound reply triage, meeting booking, and voice follow-up. Features may change; we will announce material changes in advance where practical.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly ($1,500/mo) or annually ($15,000/yr) via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the customer portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content. You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and any other applicable email or data laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful sourcing of prospect data you upload.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of prospect data, message content, and configuration you provide. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to operate the Service on your behalf.
6. AI Output
AI-generated drafts are suggestions and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent to prospects.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. On termination we will delete or return your data within 30 days upon request.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific number of meetings, replies, or revenue outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
